About Tiscareno

Tiscareno is a diverse, mid-size team of architects, designers, project managers, and support staff that designs multifamily, mixed-use, tenant improvement, transportation, and other urban projects, as well as master plans. We are responsible for designing architecture that is beautiful, constructible, and in line with all zoning requirements; for creating designs that help clients (developers, contractors, and local governments) hold to their budget and schedule; for guiding projects through jurisdiction and community design approvals; for providing accurate technical documentation; and for being available to address issues during project construction. This year Tiscareno Associates is celebrating our 20th anniversary of urban architectural design in the Pacific Northwest. In those 20 years we have grown from one architect working alone (Bob Tiscareno) to a fully fledged staff of 35 people, with more than half them registered architects. We stay busy with many high-value projects, and currently have $850 million in value on the boards. We have won many major awards for our design ingenuity and functional aesthetics, and are proud to be a certified diversity supplier—a minority owned, locally run small business with a highly mixed staff.
