Titus Contracting is a full-service remodeling company offering commercial and residential construction. Additionally, we have craftsmen that will provide cabinets, tile installation and finish carpentry. We have an office in Burnsville, Minnesota and work throughout the Twin Cities. The business world can feel pretty rough-and-tumble at times. The overblown egos, the broken promises, the inflated prices—it can all be so frustrating. Business transactions too often feel like ordeals to be survived. But they really should be mutually beneficial exchanges that help both sides in equal measure. When we launched Titus Contracting, we wanted to be a different type of business. We decided to test the old adage that says nice guys (and gals) finish last. We were convinced we could build a successful business on a foundation of human decency. If we were wrong, we’d just do something else to make a living. It turns out we were right though, and we’ve got a long list of happy clients to prove it. But we won’t pretend we got here through goodwill alone. Our designers have impeccable taste, and we deliver quality craftsmanship on every project we undertake. Another ingredient in our (not-so) secret sauce is total transparency. Decades of experience have proven that it’s always better to give clients a solid estimate up front to avoid unexpected invoices later. Sometimes that means a client has to scale back on a project, but giving them the information they need to make that decision for themselves is the decent thing to do.
