TJA Associates is a business consultancy delivering services across the public and private sector through our ever-expanding pool of trusted, experienced and highly skilled Associates. We work across a broad range of disciplines including for example, our prestigious framework contract delivering consultancy services to the National Police Chiefs' Council (Roads Policing portfolio). Through this we are working closely with law enforcement, the Department for Transport, the Home Office and National Highways on ways to fundamentally change the way that roads policing is delivered as a service. Much of this activity is aligned to the national Roads Policing Review. This work involves improving rates of compliant vehicle use, creating innovative intelligence concepts and products linked to offending vehicle use, and exploring ways that technology can better support reductions in road risk and harm. We are proficient in project and programme management, business change, stakeholder engagement, report and business case development, amongst many other things. We specialise in pulling together bespoke teams to deliver tailored client outcomes in effective and efficient ways and actively relish overcoming challenges to success such as the complexities of ethical data sharing. Our work often involves working alongside academic colleagues, including with the London School of Economics, Keele University, Liverpool John Moores University and the international Roads Policing Academic Network.
