About TKR Services

TKR is an attractive partnership, offering any combination of services of a Building, Mechanical and Electrical contractor. Uniquely offering an innovative cost effective approach with a single point of contact, we aim to provide a repeat service built on honesty and openness to match your needs, timescale and budget requirements. TKR was formed 15 years ago to service turnkey design and build projects to a number of our clients, who have seen the benefit of one point of contact and the absence of "mark-up" on each others costs, both of these factors are major contributors to our success. We have a specialist division targeted to the Data Centres sector. To date we have designed and built over 15,000 sqm of facility in both legacy and Modular/POD design. Our services in this sector are fully comprehensive and include all aspects of physical infrastructure, from power and cooling, control and measurement to build and acoustic proofing. Our current turnover stands at circa £10m. We also provide services to a number of commercial sectors including Leisure (Hilton Hotel, Liverpool), Public Health (Gnosall Medical Centre), Laboratories (Unilever Research, Lab of the Future), Education (Liverpool Hope University), BSF projects (Acorns Primary School) and various other commercial/manufacturing/ industrial sectors.
