T.L. Rich Construction is a multi faceted custom commercial and residential builder with over 40 years of combined experience. Commercial Construction Terry Rich has a long history with commercial construction. When he began his construction career he focused solely on commercial construction much of what would be considered very large construction projects including multi-story banks, courthouses, hospitals etc. Through the years he has narrowed his focus regarding commercial construction to specialty areas such as Dental offices, business offices and commercial lease spaces.
