Telalim has been growing since 2011 and is a leading boutique company providing outsourcing services for large companies in the market. The company specializes in defining, establishing, managing, and growing various types of call centers: telephone customer service, sales, back office, control, and additional positions of trust. The company's workforce of about 350 employees are all quality women from the ultra-Orthodox sector. This directly impacts the charm of the service our customers – your customers – experience. At Telalim, every month, over 30,000 work hours constitute an encounter with more than 310,000 customers who receive precise, professional, and polite service. Integrating women from the ultra-Orthodox sector into employment has always been a great ideal, and no less so, the establishment and development of jobs in the periphery. Shlomo Teitel and Yitzchak Cohen, real estate professionals, took these two challenges and with an open heart, turned them into a grand vision: creating an employment greenhouse tailored for ultra-Orthodox women and mothers in the periphery. A greenhouse that would allow them to advance their professional careers, grow and develop in a permanent and stable workplace.
