TLC Rescue is a 501(c)(3) non-profit dog rescue based in eastern Kentucky. Donations are deductible as permitted by law. Dog foster homes are needed! TLC Rescue has the SIlver Seal on Guidestar and is a 2021 Top-Rated Nonprofit by GreatNonprofits. Our mailing address is TLC Rescue, PO Box, 112, Clearfield, KY 40313 The primary goal of our organization is to aid in the rescue and rehabilitation of abused, homeless and abandoned animals and to aid in the rescue of animals from the local shelter. We do this through networking and evolved rescue methods. We help provide transport of needy animals to other rescues and no-kill shelters in areas where dogs have a much better chance of adoption. We strongly promote spay and neuter.
