Nicole has amassed over 30 years of professional experience at some the largest and most iconic brands in the world (Starbucks, Zipcar, Avis Budget Group, WeWork, and Odeko). Her education in hospitality helped shaped her approach to driving results and exceeding customer expectations. During her career, Nicole has acted as an internal consultant to several brands such as Planet Fitness and American Dream where she embedded herself in the brand singularly focusing her efforts and talents to support her sole client as they navigated transformational agendas. In other consulting roles, Nicole has brought her cross functional expertise to projects in brands such as Lyric, Black Swan Asset Management, and Birch Coffee. Nicole’s background in a variety of industries has allowed her to be comfortable in various settings. She has perfected the art of intake to get accumulated to the team and the challenges at hand to develop a comprehensive and thoughtful go forward strategy.
