We are a three Partner firm of Chartered Accountants and Business Advisors, with around fifteen staff. Our main office is at Hesketh Bank, near Preston, and we have other offices in Southport and Blackburn. Over the years we have structured a number of new charities as well as dealing with the implementation of charity subsidiaries and reorganisations resulting in significant tax savings. - Charity VAT We pride ourselves on our experience in this field – identifying VAT savings and refunds, as well as ensuring basic compliance. - Charity law and commercial aspects Whilst ensuring our clients are compliant in the above areas, we advise on all aspects of running a charity.
