About TLLC (The Lost Labia Chronicles)

Lichen sclerosus is a chronic, progressive, and inflammatory skin disease that is widely considered to be an autoimmune disease. It primarily affects the genital skin, but it can develop on the extragenital skin as well. It causes symptoms such as itch, pain, fissures, tearing, etc., and, if not treated, can cause architectural changes and may develop into vulvar cancer in 2-6% of those affected by LS. TLLC (The Lost Labia Chronicles) creates content in the form of blogs, eBooks, YouTube, webinars, courses, and speaker engagements in order to provide evidence-based information and support for those living with lichen sclerosus. I use my background in science and research - PhD in philosophy of neuroscience with a focus on the methodologies used in systematic reviews and meta-analyses in order to evaluate the strength of a claim put forth by a scientific paper – to share evidence-based information from the medical literature in a way that is easy to digest for patients. TLLC also does a lot of work centering around sexual/mental health with lichen sclerosus in order to provide support to those struggling with their diagnosis and help folks with LS find acceptance and reclaim their lives. Let’s connect! Message me here or email Jaclyn@lostlabia.com for speaker engagements, content, or support. Jaclyn, Founder & Owner of TLLC
