With ongoing guidance and support from a Board Certified Behavior Specialist, behavior technicians are committed to promoting the improvement of communication, social, self-help, and adaptive living skills. Technicians also aim to reduce challenging target behaviors, teach alternative replacement behavior(s), and foster the maintenance and generalization of new skills. Our rigorous training program prepares behavior technicians/RBTs to deliver, 1:1, home-based, ABA services effectively. Technicians aim to use Natural Environment Teaching, a behavior-analytic approach, which is a critical component in yielding positive outcomes from the comfort and convenience of your home.
