Our fast casual restaurant, Tocabe, an American Indian Eatery, is one of the country’s only American Indian-owned and operated restaurants. Our online commerce site, Tocabe Indigenous Marketplace, connects people to Indigenous ingredients and ready-made meals. In everything we do, we are committed to sourcing ingredients from Native producers and embracing Indigenous traditions alongside contemporary approaches. We are on a mission to nourish people from Seed to Soul. We purchase from Native producers whenever possible to promote food sovereignty, strengthen local economies, and revitalize Indigenous cultures. For every order Tocabe Indigenous Marketplace receives, we donate ingredients or ready-made meals to Native communities around the country. Our goal is to create a sustainable supply chain that makes wholesome, high quality, culturally meaningful food accessible. We are rebuilding the original American food system.
