Because so much of the work we do is emotional. Our number one goal for our patients is that they leave their appointment feeling better about themselves than they did when they came in. Our entire team participates in extensive team training so we can deliver a consistent, positive and judgement-free experience to our patients. A lot of practices have production targets and busyness targets... we don't have those. Our focus is always on the quality of the care we're delivering, and how we deliver that care. At Today's Dentistry, every single team member has an equal opportunity to positively impact the patient experience. It doesn't take a certain level of education or experience to do that. We are a large and culturally diverse team with 20+ team members, providing a safe and welcoming environment for everyone. Whether you're an administrator, dental assistant, oral health therapist, or dentist, your contributions, experience and input will always be respected. Established in 1988, we're a long-term employer of many of our team members and always strive to match our patients with the same dentist, OHT and assistant at each of their visits, helping us build real relationships and trust with our patients. In 2018 we moved into a beautiful new practice in Chermside. With 8-chairs, an in-house dental lab, and all the latest dental technology, we're passionate about continuous learning and mentorship to provide the best possible outcomes for our patients.
