Todd Creason started his career in the oil and gas industry in 1987. He spent the first 12 years working for a pipeline contractor where he gained hands-on experience in the industry. Todd then set out as an entrepreneur in 1999 to form Todd Creason Construction, Inc. (TCCI) with a primary goal of providing ROW clearing and pipeline maintenance. His vision then was to grow TCCI at a sustainable rate. Through safety, integrity and experienced employees, TCCI is now recognized as a complete pipeline service provider. Today, TCCI holds master service agreements with American Water, BP, Buckeye, Enbridge, Enterprise Products Companies, Hulcher, Kinder Morgan, Koch Pipeline, Magellan Midstream, ONEOK, Phillips 66, Spectra, Tallgrass Energy, and TransCanada. A directional drill contractor was acquired by Todd Creason in 2012. TCCI is now specialized in completing horizontal directional drilling (HDD) projects with extensive experience working for many different companies, across a wide array of geographical areas, site conditions, weather conditions, and pipe sizes. In 2021, TCCI made a move by adding Railroad Maintenance & Emergency Services to our extensive list of capabilities. We offer services for Class 1, Short Line and Industry Railroads. Being centrally located allows quick response times and allows us to complete projects in a safe manner.
