ToddlersTeensAndBetween (TTAB) are here to help you help them. Founded by Toddler and Between expert, Gemma Arnold and Teen expert, Sophia Ziff, TTAB supports parents in managing their children's behaviour, from mental health to wellbeing, Sophia and Gemma offer tailored courses and advice, plus bespoke 1-1 support sessions. Specialising in post-pandemic behaviours and the impact of Covid-19 on children from 0-18 years of age, positive mental health and wellbeing forms the basis of all their support practices. With over 16 year's experience in the education sector, and with teaching qualifications and further mental health support certifications, Gemma and Sophia are passionate about building positive emotional and behavioural routines with children and parents, so that families will thrive as they grow. TTAB Packages: - Bespoke 1-1 Calls for parents who are in need of specialist support for their 0-18 year olds. - 'The Younger Years' - an accessibly course for parents of children 0-6 years of age covering emotional literacy, boundaries with consistency, sibling rivalry, tantrums and consent. - Corporate Wellbeing Packages - for organisations and institutions to help support staff and parents within the business. - The TTAB 'Star Chart' - promoting positive behaviours at home, and helping to forge stronger relationships between parents and child. Gemma currently teaches part-time in primary schools across London and will be studying in the 'Child and Adolescent and Family Mental Wellbeing' Course at the 'Tavistock and Portman'. Sophia is Student Wellbeing Coordinator in an London secondary school, whilst also studying towards a 'Student Mental Health Specialist' masters, with Minds Ahead and Leeds Beckett University.
