About Toej Copenhagen

Founded by two brothers in Copenhagen in 2024, Toej Copenhagen is a Danish brand with the mission of re-thinking the way clothing is made. After doing a lot of research on sustainable materials we found that hemp is the most environmentally sustainable fabric to use for clothing. So we began the journey to see if it was possible to create beautiful clothes made from hemp, which has led us to create our 100% organic hemp shirt that both feels great to wear and in our humble opinion looks great as well. When we first felt the nicely woven hemp material we had no doubt that this material had the potential to be the future of clothing. With its fantastic quality, sustainable properties combined with our minimalistic Danish design, we think that the future is hemp, and we hope to inspire more people to take sustainable decisions when they buy toej. Psssst…. Toej is the danish word for clothing, so it was natural for us to name our brand after what we’re trying to change; the clothing industry.
