About Toftely Construction Services
Toftely Construction Services (TCS) is a construction consultancy firm with a unique niche in new and existing hospital construction. Though originally founded in California in 2009, TCS relocated to Austin, Texas, in 2023. We’ve done it all – from small renovations to ground-up work – but our true passion lies in complex phased projects in occupied facilities. Through years of experience in different hospital settings (operating rooms, linear accelerators, MRI replacements, and morgues, to name a few), TCS has, in essence, mastered a craft that only a few know. Patient care is our top priority. We build relationships with hospital staff to ensure their daily needs and ultimate goals are always considered. We work closely with the maintenance and EHS teams, to understand existing protocols and improve policies where possible. We know construction is often the last thing doctors and patients want, so TCS is committed to partnership and minimizing hospital impact so that its healthcare professionals can continue their work in a safety environment. The design team, GCs, hospital staff, and project stakeholders also rely on us to understand their needs and act in their best interests; we do this while simultaneously viewing each new project through the lens of budget and schedule. From programming through bidding and contract execution, and from design through closeout, we manage the client and design relations through every stage of the project. Additionally, TCS provides designers and contractors with safety insights within the occupied hospital setting, mitigating safety risks, infection control, and noise concerns. We prioritize our clients’ needs and forge powerful partnerships with top-tier design professionals and contractors, ensuring that each project exemplifies expertise, precision, and innovation.
