TOG Services Incorporates the following Companies; The Old Guy - Based in the Shire of Murray in the beautiful region of South Yunderup our aim is to help families, couples & businesses realise their custom-building design requirements. We strive to create cost effective, flexible, exciting designs which, is highlighted from the first meeting through to completion, when the client enjoys their new surroundings. Our design solutions are a complex mixture of elements and thoughts that must work together in a cohesive fashion in order to be successful. In every project we take to account, Ecologically, opportunities for natural light, winter solar gain, passive ventilation, and cooling. The result is not a preconceived idea but a combination of the client’s requirements and desires, the site, and the budget providing a positive design and building experience. Coactum - Utilising some of the latest Autodesk Modelling software available our detailers can generate accurate details of all steel members involved in the project. All steelwork details, dimensions and designs can then passed to your workshop CNC machines electronically from our drafting software. Coactum has over 30 years of steel design / detailing experience giving us the opportunity to offer a drafting service that can adapt to almost any stage of a project. Our aim is to always look for ways to improve efficiencies minimise rework, reduce costs, improve scheduling, increase safety across all industries at both design & shop detailing phases.
