Tolisons Private Equity is a venture capital and private equity firm based in Ireland. We invest in companies across all technological sectors and at all stages, from start-ups to established businesses. We seek out businesses that possess what we term the three P's – People, Product and Potential. Once an investment is made, we operate in a partnership with all our portfolio companies, usually taking a role on their Board of Directors. Here we look to create value to the business by delivering improved strategy, operations and management. While capital is a crucial element of any venture capital and private equity transaction, our portfolio companies are aware of the value created by our investment team goes far beyond finance. We work personally with the management teams of all our investments to understand their business model and identify what forms of resource will assist and benefit the company most going forward.
