Most of our family dogs and cats are sick (cancer, diabetes, allergies etc), don't live as long as they should, and require more costly veterinarian care then ever before. These problems all started when we moved away from feeding real food to our dogs and cats, and instead started feeding really convenient fake food. Tom&Sawyer is the first in market to provide a healthy alternative to traditional pet food (kibble, can, raw) to help improve pet health in dogs and cats. Our fresh prepared pet meals are made with all the same ingredients you find in your fridge to make homemade meals for your family, such as chicken breast, ground beef, salmon and lots of healthy fruits and vegetables. Under the guidance of pet nutritionists, veterinarians, chefs and food scientists, we have prepared a menu of tasty meal and treat choices creating a new gold standard for canine and feline nutrition. Most don't realize that the pet food industry is completely unregulated in Canada, and effectively unregulated in the US. That means that you aren't getting the product you think you are buying. Almost every pet food has pictures of steak and chicken breast on the packaging, but none of those ingredients are actually in the product. Instead the industry has created their own definitions of ingredients like Beef and Chicken that are not at all what consumers think of. Unfortunately pet food is not real food. That's why it is only ever sold in the cleaning supply aisle of the grocery store, where it needs to be a certain distance away from real food.
