Tom Well Investment Group is a start-up which began in January 2017 when we recognized an underserviced demographic; individuals in need of short-term homes. We are a privately held company that works with a variety of investors ranging from private individuals to business entities. We lease, buy and develop properties specifically for short-term rentals. Our model is to lease as many homes as possible to remain competitive and provide a high return on investment (ROI) to our valued investors. Our company constitutes of a group of young, enthusiastic, brilliant, and highly focused individuals. In addition to our specialty in pool homes and lofts, we also offer property management services. We pay property owners a premium in addition to their rent revenue when we manage and utilize their property for short-term rentals. This results in a win-win scenario for all parties. We are an ideal company for investors because we understand the sharing economy and how to capitalize on it via short term rentals. We chose Tampa because it is a market with high growth potential, and we intend to become the premier short-term rentals and investment company in the Tampa Bay area.
