The KoolPak is an environmentally responsible, light weight, durable, stackable thermally insulated container. Our KoolPak is designed with reuse in mind which has significant environmental and economic benefits. It also has efficient proven, thermal performance to protect product keeping it safer and fresher for longer. Our unique antimicrobial, food-grade liner provides additional protection from contamination. KoolPaks are flat packable for efficient transportation and storage and 100% recyclable. The KoolPak App uses block chain technology to track each KoolPak through its entire lifecycle, including battery free temperature monitoring, so clients can prove the provenance of their product, be confident in the safety and freshness of their consignment and avoid the added expense of food waste. All you need is a mobile phone. This data also helps business validate their goals on sustainable packaging.The KoolPak embraces the cradle-to-cradle principles of sustainability. Our KoolPak 570 Silver, has airline approval to 25kg which is 25% more than an equivalent sized polystyrene fish box. Moving forward, we aim to have three standard size KoolPaks available as well as the ability to make customised boxes for larger users. How you choose to reuse is up to you. Boomerang users have control of their own freight logistics and get their KoolPaks back after each use to be cleaned and used over, and over and over again. Butler users lease their KoolPaks from our authorised Butlers who do the work for you. This model is in its infancy, but growing steadily and will be available later in 2022. We currently have small-scale manufacture in Kurrimine Beach, and we are working on developing machinery to manufacture KoolPaks on a commercial scale in 2022.
