With approximately 14 years experience, I have navigated the good and bad, Irish property cycles and I am as eager as ever to achieve my goal – client satisfaction. My experience is varied and spans all necessary sectors of the market - Residential Sales / Lettings, New Homes Sales, Office and Retail Sales / Lettings, Industrial Sales / Lettings, Development Land Sales, Acquisition, Consultancy and Valuations. This experience was calculated – I knew from the day I qualified that I would set up an Estate Agency practice in my home town. In order to do this, it was necessary to gain the relevant experience and learn from the best. I have accomplished this. My experience was gained at some of the largest agencies in Ireland and, also, in one of the smallest. The smallest and most recent agency succeeded in packing the biggest punch in terms of achievements derived from a small but highly efficient team while at the same time remaining a local, trusted, independent agency. I would expect to replicate this type of service. It is an honour to be instructed to sell or rent a property and I do not take this for granted. It is a great feeling when I first advertise a client’s property but, ultimately, the goal is to have the property sold or let for the optimum price in the timeliest manner. In moving back to Kerry I am satisfied that my varied experience coupled with the use of the most up to date technology will ensure I am in a position to offer a speedy, efficient and effective property offering.
