About TomorrowOpera Foundation
TomorrowOpera Studio – Master classes for students and graduates of vocal studies, which are concluded with a production at an Opera house. Program has an international reach and is conducted in collaboration with Italian opera houses in Pisa, Livorno, Lucca, Ravenna. The continuation is currently programming with Silesian Opera House and The Warsaw Chamber Opera. TomorrowOpera and the Audience of Future – a series of workshops for schoolteachers and opera lessons for children, concluded with a joint effort to create an opera, ballet, or symphonic concert. Primary schools in the whole of Greater Poland Voivodeship took part in this program (3000 children), more than 1500 children from Warsaw and Mazovia Region and from Wroclaw as well. OperaTomorrow: Without Borders – Musical theatre performances organized primarily in Latin America. These productions were presented for such occasions as Polish presidency in the European Union (Germany, Spain), Chopin Year (Cuba, Argentina, Uruguay) or 100th anniversary of the Polish Independent (Argentina, Chile, Brasil) or Moniuszko Year 2019 as well. OperaTomorrow: Musical Island – The Kaiola Blue artistic residence and its Festival Opera Tigre became a natural headquarter for the TomorrowOpera Foundation and its undertakings. The goal of this project is bulding a Culture Raft that is conecting Europe with Brazil, Paraguay, Uruguay and Argentina through educational, cultural and artistic activities and the promotion of the art of Opera. OperaTomorrow: Ambassador for European Capital of Culture – the process of building European culture crosses borders not only between neighboring countries but first and foremost it promotes the ECC logo outside Europe by presenting its best projects around the world. One of the priorities for the TomorrowOpera Foundation is to continue these ECC 2016 projects after 2017 on other continents what is currently happening.
