Tonaltik (for now, only me) helps professionals make sense of their challenges by understanding how their mind and brain actually work. This isn’t about mindset hacks, empty motivation, or one-size-fits-all coaching. It’s about uncovering what’s beneath the surface, thought patterns, behavioral loops, and emotional blind spots that shape the way people work, lead, relate, and decide. With years of experience spanning across roles as a regular worker (mainly RevGen positions), head-hunter, business consultant, in different industries, and not least, as the Managing Director of an international executive search firm, the approach blends real-world corporate insights and neuroscience to provide a holistic view of human behavior. (If paired with the functional movement approach to well-being, it ensures that the body and mind work in alignment for sustainable performance and growth.)
