About Tonbu

Tonbu was born in May 2022 with the purpose of bringing together food, art, and music, giving space to emerging artists, eclectics of the food scene, and unique vinyl collections. We put sustainability at the heart of the project, serving menus associated with a low amount of carbon emissions. That is, we strive to use local, seasonal, and fresh ingredients, avoiding greenhouse produce, and forage unique species and flavours where possible.
