Our main focus in developing a project is to understand the Client’s brief and then translate it into a high quality product to meet the operational and socio-psychological needs of the users as well as the constraints of the budget. The record of projects we have undertaken covers a wide range of building types and this has made our design process highly dynamic and interactive. Furthermore, the concept of the sustainable building is not new to us and it has been a fundamental criteria in the development of all our designs. It is this expertise which was matured overseas that enables us to design a project which optimizes the principles of green building into an holistic structure.
