Toner architects was founded with one singular goal in mind; collaborate with clients who enjoy the process of design, architecture, and building. We'll dig for the "why" behind your answers. We won't leave a stone unturned and most importantly, we believe in no wrong assumptions. Principal Ian Toner originally founded Toner Architects because of his passion for residential architecture and design. However, his varied experience in design, client relations, and project management have moved him beyond just residential and into many other arenas such as hospitality, higher education, and retail. His designs are inspired by over a decade of experience working on projects from small kitchen and bath remodels to multi-million-dollar hotels. We are a multidisciplinary firm focused on delivering results that go beyond what our clients expect. To us design is collaboration, sustainability, and technology, all of which we integrate into our process every day, every project. We're based in Philadelphia, where the city is growing, art is exploding, design is on the move, and the community is a key design-influencer.
