Tonica Kombucha is a national brand, brewed and bottled in Toronto, Canada with all natural, organic ingredients. Tonica Beverages is a certified organic and HACCAP co-packer, bottling up the best kombucha for beverage brands and retail chains under private label. Tonica's founder Zoey Shamai began the company after sharing her brews with her yoga students since 2006. Tonica was the first Canadian kombucha brand and was introduced to millions of viewers during Zoey's successful 2012 Dragons Den pitch and again in a 2016 follow-up episode where Zoey spoke about why in the end she didn't take the deal with the Dragons.
