One of the requirements for us to become a CFAD was to have our technicians become N.A.T.E. (North American Technical Excellence) certified. This requires us to provide the proper training and skills necessary for our technician to pass written exams. These exams ensure the technician coming to your home or business is trained with the proper skills and knowledge to service your equipment. N.A.T.E. is becoming an industry standard to assure customers are getting the best possible service.
