After spending over a decade helping women lose weight and become fitter I changed my focus slightly to help Millennials and fellow members of Gen X remain fit and athletic as we march towards our golden years. In fact, I am passionate about encouraging others to dare to do something outrageous instead of accepting physical and cognitive decline as a limiting factor as to what's possible with regards to health and fitness. Follow me as I resume training in earnest after recovering from a Parkour accident (broken legs) and 3 (three!!) car accidents* all resulting in whiplash and concussion in less than 2 years. * not my fault
