Since 1996, Top Achievers Foundation has been changing the future by empowering students to live a lifestyle of high achievement. Through our Mentoring, STEAM, Financial Literacy, Esports XPBoost Academy, and Basketball programs, we are equipping the next generation of leaders with the tools, mindset, and opportunities to thrive. Our Founder, Lawrence Mann, developed the A.E.D. Model - Assessment, Exposure, and Direction - which we apply to every student to guide them toward their potential. By assessing each student's needs, exposing them to new opportunities, and providing clear direction, we set them on the path to greatness. Our graduates have gone on to succeed in business, sports, and civic life, and our leadership team, comprised of the best professionals in the North Texas community, is dedicated to shaping the future. We leverage our expertise, diverse perspectives, and community connections to uplift students who might otherwise not have access to such opportunities.
