We at Top Banana Training pride ourselves on delivering bespoke training and development programmes that make a real difference to each individual and company we work with. Every programme needs to take into account ‘how does this support the business objectives, goals and aspirations’ as well as fulfilling the individuals’ objectives for being on the programme. An effective way to re-enforce this is to link this to their appraisal review. Learning is a lifelong pursuit and personal development is the individual’s responsibility, which can be as easy as you chose. All learning is fun, working smarter not harder is the key.
