Top Notch Homes was founded by co-Directors Kim Glover and Mark Lyes, who completed the year long Property Investor Network (pin) Mastermind course and between them have 20yrs+ experience as Landlords and Investors. Our principal strategy is to build a portfolio of HMOs (houses of multiple occupation) in the South West, providing quality accommodation for professional tenants, producing great returns for the business and investor partners. Why the South West: In June 2018, the Government reported the South West was the fastest growing region with an annual growth rate of 6.1%; the average annual house price change across Devon was 6.2%, whilst in Taunton Deane it was 10%. The area benefits from the EDF Hinkley Point (nuclear power station) Project, bringing 25,000 new employment opportunities.
