We take your job description and some additional information from you and create an Ideal Candidate Profile. You give us the candidate resume with an email address. We notify our Sys Admin at iMAP to issue a link to the assessment. We then do a written analysis of the candidates iMAP chart based on the ICP for the position. Our written analysis versus the assessment will tell you if the candidate is a fit or not.
