We teach English with learners at the core so we do not offer "courses" but LearnEng maps built around individual needs, learning style and interests. Dealing with adult learners who need English for upskilling purposes, to change their career path or other, we build a customised and unique journey around our learners to help them master English and use it effectively. Our method is a blending of approaches and lessons are based on engagement, always starting from the learner's interests. We offer hybrid paths for corporate so to enable employees to follow lessons both on the premises and from home , depending on their shifts. We also upskill teachers of English as a Foreign Language helping them maximise their impact by enhancing learner agency and visible thinking in their lessons. We also train Italian or Italy-based teachers to get ready for "concorso ordinario" or "straordinario" (AB24- AB25) in terms of effective lesson planning , teaching methodologies and tech tools. By identifying and selecting the underpinning theories and references ( i.e., the CEFR and CEFR Companion legislation, SEN -related adjustments) we have effectively supported teachers who have been training and passed their "concorso". We have also created content and online courses both delivered asynchronously and "live" to train newly recruited teachers, primary teachers and IELTS Academic test takers.
