Topcare Early Childhood Learning Centres were established in April 2008 . The aim is to provide a high quality of Education and Care for preschoolers to develop a healthy life attitude, problem solving skills, literacy and numeracy in preparation for Primary School. Topcare philosophy emphasis on relationships with the children, parents and staff built on Trust, Security, Respect, Caring and having fun. Children learn best when they engage in experiences that are stimulating and interesting, and when teachers and parents work together to bring out the best in children. Topcare practices reflect the multicultural heritage of our community that recognizes that early childhood education enhances confidence and independence, and helps to develop an interest for learning in our children. The mission of Topcare is training our children to have good self –image, self-esteem and self- confidence “Strong Body and Healthy Mind” as the leaders of the future.
