Torchlight Media (TM) is a not-for-profit Liberian organization that was established in 2024 to bring Liberia’s tourism potentials to the lamplight through storytelling. TM tells the story behind Liberia’s tourism through storytelling. TM also promotes Liberia tourism industry by conducting research about the country’s natural heritages, site-seeing, producing media content, and training of media professionals to write compelling stories about Liberia’s tourism potentials. Our vision is to communicate and market the Liberian tourism industry to the world through storytelling. Our clients and partners rely on us for first-hand narratives of Liberia’s tourism potentials. TM’s approach to promoting tourism is research-driven, and we communicate Liberia’s tourism potentials and its effects on the country’s economy based on reliable and verifiable information about the sector. Research enables TM to communicate prospects and challenges for Liberia’s tourism sector to policy makers and all relevant stakeholders based on evidence. We communicate and market Liberia’s tourism potentials based on what we have seen and what we know in theory and practice. Our belief in the principles of sustainability pushes us to the limit to contribute to clean and sustainable communities by informing local communities on the negative impacts of human-induced climate change and benefits of conserving Liberia’s natural endowments.
