Tordivel is a Nordic leader in real-time 2D and 3D neural machine vision. We design and manufacture award-winning 2D and 3D cameras in our production facility in Oslo. With this technology at hand, we are a trusted partner for industrial automation for a growing number of minor and major companies worldwide. With the whole value chain, from hardware, optics, camera to software, in house, we can provide flexible solutions to any customer’s needs. Our own open and flexible Scorpion Stinger Technology has been deployed in thousands of production sites worldwide since 2000. In 1996 a vision and image processing specialists team was established to provide state-of-the-art vision solutions. From 1997 to 2000, Tordivel developed and deployed many inline advanced vision systems for mobile telephone inspection in Norway and Sweden. In 2000 we created the unique Scorpion Vision Software®. The Scorpion Vision Framework has since been the basis for thousands of machine vision systems and Scorpion Vision OEM solutions. In 2006 we decided to develop the best easy-to-use 3D Machine Vision Framework. From 2006 to 2011, we participated in large R&D projects within 3D Machine Vision. In 2011 we invented the unique Scorpion 3D Stinger Camera - today, we market products and services based on 3D Stereo Vision with our unique Scorpion 3D Stinger Technology. Since 2017, we have developed Scorpion Neural Factory. Now an integral part of our Scorpion Stinger Technology. We are experts in 3D Neural Inspection and Picking on a running conveyor. We are very profitable and have sustainable double-digit growth on a Blue Ocean of 3D Neural Machine Vision Systems. Our competitive edge is our holistic view of the system and our desire and passion for using our knowledge to solve our customer's problems. Tordivel has an extensive global network of partners and distributors worldwide, with a head office in Oslo, Norway. Scorpion Vision Ltd is our UK subsidiary located in Southampton.
