Torino Praga Invest was founded in 1995 and since then has been successfully operating on the Czech and foreign real estate markets. The main activity of the company is real estate investment and development of commercial and residential properties. Our projects are mostly found in the most lucrative parts of Prague. Residence Rivergate is situated at Janáčkovo nábřeží in two of the most beautiful New Renaissance buildings, a complete reconstruction was finished in the last quarter of year 2016. Another trully exceptional project is hotel Le Palais ***** which complete restoration to its original beauty and a brand new corporate identity was finished during the year 2015. The third one is development project SPÁLENÁ 5 concerning complete reconstruction of the current administration building into a modern multifunctional residential building with underground garages and a glazed roof extension. The whole project was completed in the Spring of 2017. Our company further provides complex real estate services in connection with the sale and lease of properties and we also perform management and maintenance of some of them. We seek and identify potential buyers and tenants, we help our clients with financing and we accompany them through the whole process of purchase or lease.
