Never could have made it to this point without your support (and kicking my butt). Rano My 21 days goes by fast and to think after the first day I thought it would never end! I know in the end my numbers did not look very good, but I have to thank you from the bottom of my heart for this life changing experience. I started this to lose some weight and ended up with a changed life style. I have replaced the word can't with just 15 more seconds lol. I now believe I am capable of so much more and have been doing so much more. Instead of sitting on the deck drinking coffee watching my daughter play. I am grabbing my water the stroller and the 2 dogs and walking to the park. I know it will be hard but I plan on keeping up fitness in my life and not heading to the couch with Mc Donalds in my hand So thanks again you have improved my outlook on life and have given my daughter the greatest gift of all a healthy mom who will play in the park not just watch.
