About Total Health
Since the 60's, we've become savy about cholesterol and diet, and the leading cause of illness, disability and death is now adverse reactions to prescription drugs. The first one usually works fine, but when we become toxic to it and get a headache, most people don't think to stop the drug causing it, so they add a second drug when they should stop the first one. They are now on a slippery slope that can take them down fast. Good food and exercise with an absence of chemicals will go a long way toward longevity, especially if we include pure water, air and adequate sleep.
