About Total Immersion Experience
TIE was founded by educators and Peace Corps volunteers who served in China. For the last 5 years we have worked to provide international educational experiences that breakthrough the tourist threshold. We offer 2 week - 1 month long language immersion experiences for students of foreign languages. Our typical programs are split into three components; homestay, project based learning, and a service project. On our programs students will be able to use their language in familiar and unfamiliar ways as they exercise the needed flexibility to be a global citizen of the 21st century.
