About Total Property Support Services
History TPSS Ltd. was formed in May 2001 to supply property refurbishment and preventative maintenance services to railway, retail, commercial and leisure sector clients. It initially acted as contractor under the CDM Regulations to rail and other clients. TPSS Ltd. became certified for rail industry work under the RISQS qualification scheme in 2002 and started performing the role of a Principal Contractor, where required, in 2004. Mission Statement The aim of TPSS Ltd. is to be recognised as a leading facilities provider, exceeding all of our customers’ expectations through the delivery of professional services and products of the highest quality and the achievement of zero accidents and incidents. Current Operations & Markets All company operations take place within the United Kingdom but principally in the South East of England. TPSS Ltd. work closely with architects, engineers, building contractors and system design consultants. TPSS Ltd. do not perform design processes - designs are either supplied by the client or subcontracted. TPSS Ltd. have the skills, knowledge and experience to act as Principal Contractor or as Contractor under the Construction, Design and Management (CDM) Regulations 2015. TPSS Ltd. is able to offer building maintenance, refurbishment and construction services including: • Individual bespoke projects. • Complete project management and delivery of services. • Electrical and mechanical installations, repairs and planned preventative maintenance programmes. • Surveys, inspections and feasibility reports for individual properties or multiple sites. TPSS have the accreditations and capability to supply services and products to: • Network Rail buyers and suppliers. • LUL rail system organisations. • Train Operating Companies. • Local authorities. • Schools, colleges and universities. • Hotels and leisure organisations.
