About Total Testing Solutions
Total Testing Solutions was founded in the early stages of the COVID-19 pandemic with the goal of bringing accessible COVID testing to underserved communities throughout Los Angeles. Originating with 1 location in a parking lot in Downtown LA, TTS quickly expanded to over 22 locations covering areas in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Austin TX, Seattle and San Diego to provide no cost testing and COVID-19 vaccines to both insured and uninsured individuals. Additionally, TTS launched an employer return to work testing program and has provided thousands of mobile testing clinics throughout the country to help keep companies, conferences, studios and sporting events safe. It became apparent early on that the healthcare system was not equipped to handle the level of interoperability required to process such a high volume of tests and effectively notify patients of their health status, especially with results as time-sensitive as with COVID-19. To solve for this, TTS founders built a proprietary software platform for result delivery to create a system that has zero delay from when results are ready and patients are notified digitally. The LINK platform has since been used by hundreds of employers and events for other health status verification needs such as vaccine verification, health questionnaires, negative test verification and now virtual testing for at-home COVID tests. Total Testing Solutions continues to innovate in the testing and healthcare space, expanding to at home tests, telehealth services, mobile vaccination clinics and more as the needs of the communities we serve continue to evolve throughout the pandemic and beyond.
