About TotalLink to Community
TotalLink to Community is a 501(c)3 organization focused on ensuring adults with disabilities can thrive by working, socializing, and contributing to their communities - and making their workplaces and communities better for it. One of our signature programs is Customized Employment, in which we work individually with job seekers to connect them with local employers who benefit from their commitment, reliability, unique perspective, and passion for the job. In turn, our young adults gain a sense of purpose and belonging. We seek to identify potential employers committed to DEIA to partner with TotalLink and our job seekers. Together, we work to build a community where people with disabilities are included, contributing, and valued.
