Totally About You was founded in August 2018. Our mission was to provide thoughtful gifts inspired by love, laughter and fun. We wanted all of our products to be uniquely personalised, therefore creating tailored gifts that stand out, it is after all . . . . . . . . Totally About You! From starting the business through our website, we quickly attracted corporate customers looking to bring personalisation to client and employee gifts for that extra special touch. Our clients were keen to have their brand laser engraved onto gifts with personalisation and special messages to create a gift that wouldn’t be a throw away product. Then came the opportunity to offer our laser engraving services to existing brands that were looking to offer personalisation to their products and our services division was established. Our forth and last service offering is focussed on the retail space, we offer products directly to retailers wanting to sell unique and beautiful laser engraved gifts, either by selling our products directly, or by us providing products branded to the retailer. Product authenticity and customer service are key values here at Totally About You and ever since our creation, our customers come first in every decision we make. Our quality and authentic collection of personalised gifts will be presented in a manner that shows you exactly what you are getting, with simple and clear photography that lets you see what you are paying for. We also believe that our pricing structure should not have any surprises, so every gift sold on our website comes with free postage and packing as standard. As with any business, our passion and hunger for success is huge, but this only gets you so far, Alan has 24 years of Retail leadership experience with the John Lewis Partnership, so it’s a good job we also have some retail pedigree to our name!
