Beginning with the product that most represents the Italian dairy tradition: mozzarella, today the Totem Food company offers a rich catalog of products sourced from leading quality cheese producers throughout Italy (check the website or contact our offices to receive the full catalog). This makes Totem Food products ideal for every sector: such as traditional catering, fast food, food industries, pizzerias, HORECA but also retail stores and GDO. Quality standards are guaranteed by the exclusive IQF (Individually Quick Frozen) freezing method, which allows products to have a shelf-life of 12 months from the date of production. Long shelf-life, no waste, convenient inventory management and savings on transportation costs are just some of our strengths.
