TotumLink is an evidence-based, mental health education company. In Latin “totum” means whole, and Totumlink promotes wholistic wellbeing, emotional stabilization and growth. Through resources, instruction and training, Totumlink literally “links” together leaders, teachers, parents, and working professionals to better recognize the symptoms of mental health issues and respond with solutions. Our #TeamTotum consists of mental health and business professionals committed to transforming mental health stigmas and empowering people. We believe that increased, emotional stability leads to increased connections, more hugs, productivity without overwhelm, and happier lifestyles. TotumLink helps open up company-wide and community-wide dialogue about mental health through three channels: School & Community: We offer assemblies, parent nights, and instructional curriculum for teachers to use in the classroom. We equip teachers with tools and solutions to help students who have depression, anxiety, suicide ideation, or other mental health matters. Families & Individuals: We offer resources & activities that will help you protect yourself and your family from disconnection. Totumlink will help you find ways to engage with each other outside of technology, deepen relationships and practice healthy communication. Business: We offer to trained management an opportunity to become part of the solution to burnout, turnover, and disengagement. Members of your teams will better recognize the warning signs of overwhelmed employees. Totumlink will help you adopt skills and policies that promote mental health care, reduce stigmas and empower your employees to seek out effective solutions.
