What makes a good coach? -Every counselor points out a way, but some counsel ways of their own. Find someone who is like-minded, who will grieve for you if you fail. Not someone who is an opportunist. - A good coach will listen to you. - A good coach is objective, independent and conflict-free. (Your boss, HR, etc. is prejudiced). - A good coach can be trusted and has a professional track record of providing trusted advice.
